Building Dreams, Creating Memories: A Cocco Lagoon Investor’s Trip to Pemba Island

Our recent investor’s journey to Cocco Lagoon was a true adventure! From the scenic catamaran ride to Pemba Island, where the turquoise waters met the clear blue sky, to exploring the construction progress on our ambitious project, every moment was nothing short of extraordinary. 

We had the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the breathtaking coral reefs surrounding Misali Island, a memorable pitstop that left us in awe of nature’s wonders. As the sun dipped below the horizon, we gathered around a beachside bonfire, the crackling flames adding warmth to the already vibrant atmosphere.

The evening culminated in a chef-curated feast, a symphony of flavors that delighted our senses under a spectacular sunset. The juxtaposition of the vivid hues in the sky against the tranquil waters set the stage for unforgettable moments.

The following day was dedicated to exploring the Cocco Lagoon project. We strolled through the construction site, witnessing the impressive progress of Bungalow Nakupenda and the promising upcoming apartments. The internal roads, sturdy walls, and the entrance gate are taking shape, reflecting the tangible transformation of our dream into reality.
