🌴✨ Exciting Update from the Cocco Lagoon Investor’s Retreat! 🌅🏝

From September 5th to 6th, we embarked on an incredible journey to the heart of the Cocco Lagoon investment site. Our adventure began with a picturesque catamaran ride from Zanzibar’s main island, Unguja, to the enchanting Pemba Island. Along the way, we made a memorable pitstop at the divine Misali Island, renowned for its breathtaking coral reefs and untouched natural beauty.

We immersed ourselves in the vibrant underwater world, basked in the serenity of a heavenly beach, and shared unforgettable moments. As the day waned, we gathered around a crackling bonfire, witnessed a spectacular sunset, and savored a mouthwatering feast, expertly crafted by our talented chef.

On the following day, we eagerly set out to explore Pemba Island and the captivating Cocco Lagoon. The sheer beauty of the island left our investors spellbound from afar. Our voyage culminated at the pristine Wambaa beach, home to the Cocco Lagoon project. We strolled through the construction site, culminating in the ceremonial handover of the Nakupenda Bungalow to its proud new owners. The tour continued with visits to the exquisite Makuti Villa and the promising apartment buildings that are already underway.

Within the complex, internal roads, sturdy walls, and a portion of the entrance gate are in place. Water and electricity are readily available, and the site boasts mobile network coverage and internet connectivity.

After our enriching site visit, we ventured into the charming town of Chake Chake, before returning to our catamarans for a delectable feast of freshly caught lobsters.

The Cocco Lagoon Investor’s Retreat was an absolute triumph, filled with adventure, discovery, and shared experiences.
