Construction Update: Apartments A, B and D

The magnificent views from our apartments can only mean one thing – the buildings are nearing completion, and soon, in the first quarter of 2025, they will welcome their first guests. Join us for the latest progress update on the Cocco Lagoon hotel.

Building A: Construction of Building A is fully complete – electrical and plumbing installations have also been finalized. Currently, our team is focusing on finishing the building and interiors – applying plaster and commencing painting works. Stay tuned for the official building handover date.

Building B: At the beginning of the month, our team commenced work on the next floor of Building B. Ceilings and frames for internal stairs have been completed. Currently, we’re concentrating on erecting external and partition walls on the floor.

Building D: Foundations (rafts and foundation walls) are already in place – we’re starting work on the ground floor of the building.
