Cocco Lagoon – get to know the investment project implemented on the tropical Pemba – a wonderful island of the Zanzibar Archipelago, which in recent years has been gaining more and more interest among investors from all over the world.
In 2021, we set off on a unique journey to Tanzania. While visiting Zanzibar, our guide encouraged us to take a trip to Pemba. At that time, not much was happening on the island – road infrastructure did not exist, the island was inhabited mainly by locals. That’s when we found our plot – near Waamba Beach. We started to get to know not only the island, but also other investors who appreciated the beauty of Pemba. We learned about other projects that are successfully operating on the island. Together with the government of Zanzibar, we support the development of the island – the construction of roads, a port, an airport – and, of course, our own hotel.
The Cocco Lagoon Hotel is an investment project being developed in the condominium formula.
Guests will have unique swimming pools, tropical restaurants, SPA, gyms, beautiful bridges and much, much more at their disposal. We build with respect for the environment – we want our hotel not to be located in Pemba – but to become part of the tropical landscape.
The investment properties available in our offer – Blue Lagoon Apartments, Villas and Bungalows – have been sold since July 2023 and at the moment our investors have purchased 92 apartments and 3 villas in the complex.
