The first step is an initial conversation and signing the reservation agreement. The reservation agreement can be signed either remotely or in person. Confirmation of the intent to purchase is made by paying the reservation fee.
The condition for signing the reservation agreement is the payment of the reservation fee. The amount of the reservation fee depends on the type of property:
The payment should be made within 3 days from the signing of the reservation agreement. This fee will be deducted from the total price of the property.
The preliminary agreement defines the detailed conditions of the future transaction, such as the price, deadlines, and other obligations of the parties. The preliminary agreement can be signed either in notarized form or in a regular written form.
In our investment, you have the option to choose a standard or personalized payment plan. The standard payment plan is linked to the stages of construction—the subsequent installments are tied to the progress of the construction. After each stage is completed, we will send you a completion certificate along with an invoice. You may also opt for a personalized payment plan—dates are pre-established and included in the agreement.
The final step is signing the property transfer agreement. This procedure takes place in the presence of a notary at a time convenient for you. During this meeting, you will also sign the property management agreement.
The handover of the apartment can be done in person—we highly encourage you to do so. You will be able to personally assess the results of your investment and see your apartment in Cocco Lagoon.
If you cannot participate in person, you may appoint a representative to receive the property. After the handover, the apartment will be transferred to the operator for rental, and you will be able to enjoy up to 6 weeks of ownership stays per year!
