Cocco Lagoon Project Status

  • General Project Status: On schedule, significant progress, and several buildings completed.

    Key information:

    • Residential blocks A, B, and D are fully completed and received Certificates of Completion (August 19, 2025).

    • Nakupenda Bungalows 01–02 are also fully finished.

    • Block C (95%), Reception (85%), Beach Apartments (85%), Chill Restaurant (80%), and Makuti Beach Bar (80%) are in the finishing stage.

    • The Rooftop Bar has been completed 100%.

    • Construction works are ongoing for blocks E, F, G, X, Waves Villas, Ocean Apartments, Ocean Restaurant, and the Blue Lagoon & Tropical River pools.

    • Handover procedures for investors have begun in the completed buildings.

Important information for investors

Investor handovers and inspections

  • Blocks A, B, D and Nakupenda Bungalows are ready for handover.
  • Handover model: once a month, according to the schedule for individual buildings (with the possibility of rescheduling).
  • Option: handover by a Cocco Lagoon engineer (cost: 500 USD).
  • Standard 90-day procedure: from the issuance of the certificate to the final handover.
