The kitchen in the Chill Restaurant has been fully finished and is ready for operational equipment.
Construction of the bars in all restaurants has been completed.
Intensive finishing works are underway in key areas of the resort.
Scaffolding around the pool area has been removed – the pool is now in its final finishing stage.

Tiling on the rooftop terrace has been completed.
Final finishing works in the apartments are currently underway – the building is entering the final stage of preparation for investor handovers.

Waves Villas

Waves 1–3:

Finishing works are ongoing both inside and outside the villas.
Floor tiling works are nearing completion.
Interior finishing works using Tanga Stone continue inside the apartments.

Waves 4:

Construction works are underway on the fourth and final module located closest to the beach.
A structural modification has been introduced by adding an additional module in the fourth segment. This decision results from the significant elevation difference between the lowest module and the beach access level, allowing optimization of functionality and communication.
Finishing works on the remaining modules are ongoing.

Construction in progress. Currently, site preparation for the foundations is underway.

Final preparatory works for the last slab of the Ocean Apartments are underway.
