New Visualizations of Cocco Lagoon – The Final Masterplan Revealed!

 

We are excited to present the latest visualizations of our Cocco Lagoon complex, showcasing the final version of the hotel – an investment project that will become a reality in 2026.
The renderings were created in collaboration with our lead architect, Atakan Ormanli, to faithfully reflect the scale of the development, the unique topography, and urban design details.
Thanks to this, you can already see the space where 330 properties will be built – including 260 view apartments and 70 investment villas.

What makes this project stand out is the naturally hilly terrain, which allowed us to design a layout that offers panoramic views from almost every apartment. Nothing was left to chance – every element of the plan has been tailored to the site’s characteristics.

Below you’ll find a gallery of the latest visualizations, which will be regularly updated with new buildings, common areas, and leisure spaces.

At Cocco Lagoon, we go to great lengths to ensure that our completed interiors reflect the vision seen in our visualisations — as closely as possible.
By combining our deep appreciation for African design and the cultural richness of Zanzibar with the exceptional craftsmanship of our local team, we create interiors with soul, precision, and story.

Today, we invite you to step inside the very first completed penthouse in Building A. This unique space covers 156.28 m², offering 6 rooms and expansive private terraces with a jacuzzi. We’re currently adding the final touches — a few pieces of décor and furnishings are still on their way — but the essence of what we’ve envisioned is already here.Have a look at the photo gallery and see how our ideas come to life.

And a quick reminder: there is only one final penthouse available — in Building E, spanning 186 m², available at $679,999.
